SMC电磁阀输出轴转动圈数电动阀门装置输出
必须采取各种组合方式,归纳起来有两种:一
是对电机输入电流的增减进行判断;二是对电
轴转动圈数的多少与阀门的公称通径、阀杆螺
距、螺纹头数有关,要按M=H/ZS计算(M
头数)。过去对SMC电磁阀进行保护的办法是
使用熔断器、过流继电器、热继电器、恒温器
为电动装置应满足的总转动圈数,H为阀门开
启高度,S为阀杆传动螺纹螺距,Z为阀杆螺纹
等,但这些办法各有利弊。对电动装置这种变
负荷设备,的保护办法是没有的。因此,
机本身发热情况进行判断。这两种方式,无论
那种都要考虑电机热容量给定的时间余量。
清洗法:
SMC电磁阀管路中的焊渣、铁锈、渣子等在节
流口、导向部位、下阀盖平衡孔内造成堵塞或
受到损伤还应研磨;同时将底塞打开,以冲掉
从平衡孔掉入下阀盖内的渣物,并对管路进行
卡住使阀芯曲面、导向面产生拉伤和划痕、密
和大修后投运初期。这是常见的故障。遇此情
况,必须卸开进行清洗,除掉渣物,如密封面
封面上产生压痕等。这经常发生于新投运系统
冲洗。投运前,让调节阀全开,介质流动一段
时间后再纳入正常运行。
